The service

Margin Flow is an online service for restaurants that helps control margin and food cost on top of the POS. It is operated by MyHoReCa (operator of Margin Flow).

This website and the demo

This website describes the service. The demo at demo.marginflow.biz shows a fictional café with invented data; it is read-only and needs no sign-up.

Access

Access to a cabinet is given under an agreement with the client. Keep your password private. The client's master account decides who gets access and to which sections, and is responsible for the users it creates.

Your data

Data in your cabinet remains yours. POS access is read-only, and Margin Flow changes nothing in your POS by itself. When the agreement ends, you can ask us to export or delete your data.

Numbers and recommendations

Figures and recommendations are calculated from your data by formulas and are estimates. They are hints, not decisions: business decisions remain yours. The results depend on the quality of the data in your POS and stock accounting.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and your data safe, and announce planned maintenance in advance when we can.

Price

Pricing is on request and is set in a separate offer or agreement.
