Who we are

This website (marginflow.biz) and the Margin Flow service are operated by MyHoReCa (operator of Margin Flow).

To contact us about your data, use the request form.

What this website collects

Only what you type into the request form: name, company, email, phone, number of venues, POS and your message, plus the page language and address the form was sent from.

The website has no analytics, no advertising trackers and no third-party scripts, and it sets no cookies. Our web server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security, for a limited time.

Why we use it

To answer your request and, if you ask, to show you Margin Flow. The request is delivered to our team by e-mail and Telegram and kept as long as needed to answer you and follow up. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Data in the Margin Flow cabinet

• Data in a client's cabinet (sales, invoices, recipes, stocktakes, plans) belongs to the client. We process it only to provide the service to that client.
• Access to the client's POS is read-only.
• Each company's data is isolated: users of one company cannot see another company's data.
• Data is hosted on servers in the European Union.
• We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.

Cookies in the app

The Margin Flow app (app.marginflow.biz) uses cookies only to keep you signed in and to remember interface settings such as language and the selected venue. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Write to us through the request form. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
